The Cranbrook Bucks (BCHL) are adding some prestige between the pipes.
The hockey club is welcoming goaltender Danick Leroux to the herd, the 2005-born goalie from Candiac, Quebec joins the Bucks from Berkshire School of the USHS Prep program, he appeared in 25 games last season.
Leroux is committed to College of the Holy Cross at the NCAA level, Bucks coach Ryan Donald says the team is excited to have the young goalie in their program to help him develop and prepare for his NCAA career.
“Danick was a key piece of his Berkshire team,” Donald says. ” We believe that he has the physical tools as well as the mental skills to be a terrific goaltender in the BCHL and to compete each and every day within our program.
The Cranbrook Bucks wish to welcome Danick to the organization and the City of Cranbrook.
