Bucks Fans,
Unfortunately, we now have clear direction from the Provincial Health Authority that we will not be able to have fans in our arena to start our 2020-2021 regular season in December. Although this may change at some point, it is important for us now to offer our season ticket some options on what they wish to do with the tickets you have patiently left with us.
Below are 3 options for you to consider. Of course, we would be thrilled for you to choose an option that allows you to keep your seats moving forward. We also know that everyone is in a different circumstance and is not able to help in the same way.
OPTION 1:
| You want to be able to attend games in 2020-2021 season should fans be allowed. You will be credited for any games missed for next years season ticket. You will keep your chosen seat. Choosing this option also gets you entered to win free tickets for window seats in our restaurant for home games in our 2020-2021 season. |
OPTION 2:
| You are not comfortable attending games in 2020-2021 and wish to have your ticket as a credit with the team to be deferred until the start of the 2021-2022 season. You will be able to keep your chosen seat for next season. |
OPTION 3:
| You have an additional issue and would like someone from our office to call you about a possible refund. |
