Bucks welcome Bemidji-committed forward Bryce Bryant

The Cranbrook Bucks are pleased to introduce their newest addition to the herd as we inch closer to training camp and the start of preseason action.

Bryce Bryant is a 2006-born forward from Virden, MB, he has committed to the Bucks after gaining junior hockey experience last season with the MJHL’s Virden Oil Capitals.

In 52 games with the Caps through 2023-24, Bryant notched 10 goals and 29 points, he added an additional 6 points through 12 playoff games.

Bucks coach Ryan Donald expects Bryant to fit in nicely with his new club.

“Bryce is a player that we think can impact our offensive group as he continues to gain strength and confidence at the junior level,” says Donald. He has good poise and confidence with the puck, and is able to make plays in tight areas. He played a meaningful role as a younger player on a deep team this past season, and we look forward to helping him to continue to grow and develop his game this season.”

Bryant is also committed to play NCAA hockey with Bemidji State University, the program is home to several Cranbrook Bucks alumni.

The Cranbrook Bucks wish to welcome Bryce to the club and the City of Cranbrook.
