JOB POSTING: Service and Media Manager
The candidate will work alongside the front office staff and represent the Cranbrook Bucks standard of excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage Reception including managing customers, phone calls and emails
– Manage Ticketing and Ticketing Software
– Manage Social Media and Website
– Create Media Content and Graphics
– Manage and Coordinate game night operations
– Coordinate Community Events and Engagement
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
– Customer Service and Social Media Experience
– Hockey Experience is beneficial but not required
