Bucks Trade AJ Vasko to Alberni Valley for Future Considerations

The Cranbrook Bucks have traded 2002-born forward AJ Vasko to the Alberni Valley Bulldogs in exchange for future considerations.

Vasko has spent 2 years with the Bucks compiling 9 points in the shortened pod season and then adding 8 points through 38 games this past season. The Winnipeg native also scored 1 goal in 6 games during the 2021-2022 BCHL playoffs.

“AJ has been with us from the outset here in Cranbrook.” Said Head Coach Ryan Donald.”  He will be missed in our locker room and around the community of Cranbrook, where he was always willing to lend a hand with community events and participate with minor hockey.  We wish AJ the best of luck in his future endeavours.”

The Cranbrook Bucks wish to thank AJ for his time and contributions to Cranbrook and wish him all the best in Alberni Valley.
